The MPCC is a confederation of all the Christian denominations of Madhya Pradesh. The confederation was constituted on April 18-19, 2008 at the Pastoral centre, Bhopal. It was the reorganizing of the Christian Federation Founded in 1990. |

Christian leaders from various districts of the state decided to constitute the confederation after prolonged deliberations. The Constitution of the confederation was passed at the meeting. The founder members of the confederation are Father Anand Muttungal, Mr. Francis Joseph, Mr Richard D’ Silva, Mr. Roy John Tatta, Ms. Sheela Santiago and Dr. Manes Mathew. It is the only ecumenical organization with district units in all most all the districts in Madhya Pradesh. |
